Please note: Hypnosis is not deep sleep. The depth of hypnosis has no influence on the effectiveness of your session. Some people are pleasantly relaxed and attentive, while others are more deeply affected. Either way is right for you, as you choose.
* If you are taking medication, recreational drugs, or psycho-pharmaceuticals, you are probably not a good candidate for hypnosis.
